Snow
Fall
Words
fall like snow flakes
Each
one different, pure -
Drifting
through space & now
My
eyes eagerly following in wonderment
-
Inspired by hunger for a satiated feeling -
Snow
falls in abundance, piles mounting
Words
grow meaning, stored in my mind
Light
-as untrotted snow. White -as my soul.
Snows
falls and words are thought after,
Images
run and keep warm - deserving of
A
glass of deep, earthy red wine to stir & quiet
The
wind that blows from within northern storms -
Snow
muffles the forests' whispers - all now calm
Fresh
for a new beginning - a new day/ red dawn
Everything
perfectly outlined in white frosty snow
Pages
blank - waiting for the poets' words to flow
