From a philosophical point of view, I would say that, if this woman is conscious enough and aware of her parents and their love - and, can feel the warm carress from their loving hands, even as much as a puppy could - then why she we deny this state of existence.

 

However, from a cold calculated business/governmental point of view, it is more existential - whereas - existence proceeds essence - and the quality of life seems to determine her fate - much more bottom line oriented.

 

Yet again ancients words of wisdom say that a Philosopher would make the best King.
